The Motion Epic is back with their latest LP, a timely and unique expression of what we’re coining as Americana Synthwave, and it is right on par with what to expect from everything wonderful about Pat & the TME crew.
The Motion Epic made the journey to Austin, Texas specifically to lay down their 4th studio offering - and the emotive, earnest story telling we know them for oozes through on each and every track. With a slight lean toward ballads this time, sprinkled with the classic TME ingredients such as soaring guitars, sax, and a laser focused range of vocal execution that have a tonality toward lost love and nostalgia. The Motion Epic shows us simultaneously what both synthwave and America brings forth in their creative process, and it is like being let in to a very special circle, to witness with your eyes, ears, and soul. We find ourselves being drawn in further and further each and every listen!
