It’s a long standing challenge: collecting great international releases on vinyl has extra expense and risk for those who live in the U.S. The year 2020 has seen increases in shipping costs from our favorite artists and labels based in the EU, and sleeping in on a pre-order might mean paying a flipper twice the amount.
Night City Vinyl was created to look to make improvements to both of the dynamics listed above, as well as much of the experience, entirely. Firstly: we’re always looking to establish new relationships with labels and artists - to bring releases to the U.S., where they can be shipped to you safely and for a reasonable rate. Secondly, we will never price-hike due to limited availability, or high demand. You may see our prices a few dollars more than an international release directly from a label, but the savings in shipping costs (and delivery time), will add value in every case.
Our shipping rate to the U.S. is: $5 for the first record, and $1 per additional record purchased. We ship using WHIPLASH mailers to keep your investment safe, and pack the records properly, with reinforced layering and void-fill for a snug and proper fit.
Our quantities are often very limited, so if you see something that seemed to disappear, please check in with us on the CONTACT & REQUEST LINE page, we’d be glad to share our estimated time to restock the release.
